Cookies vary in size depending on cookie cutter, range from 3.5 to 4 inches. They are also individually wrapped in food grade cellophane bags and heat sealed to keep freshness.

Ingredients:
Cake Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), unsalted butter (milk), sugar, egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, salt, royal icing (powdered sugar [sugar, cornstarch], water, meringue powder [corn starch, egg whites, sodium acid pyrophosphate, tapioca starch, aluminum ammonium sulfate, xanthan gum, natural & artificial flavors], corn syrup, and artificial food coloring).
